Wow! I called with an injury & was seen within an hour. Doc was very helpful, kind, & attentive. He explained everything & even walked me to the x-ray clinic down the street. Great communication by text to stay updated with results & treatment plan. I’m sorry to have gotten hurt in Tirane, but I’m so glad to have found a wonderful doctor & physiotherapist at e-Med!

I went there with a pain in my lower back so I wasn’t able to move normally. Dr. Ani was very patient with me and made everything possible so I wouldn’t have any discomfort during the therapy sessions. After 2 sessions I regained my mobility and was easier to go on about my day. Its a nice modern place. Also there a lot of new toys that are sure to get you on your feet in no time!

They helped me a lot during my trip to Europe!! Went to my hotel and this was so important to me. Also, the clinic was really good.
As tourists we didn’t know where to go and what to do but the locals said this was the place to be and it turned out they were right. They helped us with my boyfriends ear infection, cleaned his ear and gave us a receipt to get the eardrops at the farmacia nearby. They also sended al the papers need for our insurance so that was great as wel.
